Stack & Sigil
Make every block count.
Stack & Sigil is a block-stacking roguelike where clever placement is only the beginning. Build a rack of unusual shapes, collect colour combinations and discover relics that change how you play—all while racing to reach each encounter’s target score.
Every run asks you to balance the board you have with the build you’re creating. Will you chase a powerful colour synergy, make room for a new shape or take a relic that opens up a different strategy?
Build your rack. Find your rhythm.
- Draft your blocks: choose shapes and colours to assemble a rack that suits your strategy.
- Combine colour effects: matching colours grant bonuses that can help you survive and score.
- Discover relics: change how you clear obstacles, preserve combos and recover from difficult situations.
- Beat the clock: clear lines and reach the target before time runs out.
- Chase powerful combinations: assemble demanding builds to unlock effects such as Prismatic Apotheosis, transforming your rack into Rainbow blocks.
Choose your challenge

Earn Sigils, develop your relic collection and complete daily and weekly quests as you explore different ways to play.
Play the current public playtest
Stack & Sigil is my first game, and it’s still in development. The current playtest includes Endless, alongside the other available modes. Features, balance and presentation may change as development continues.
The planned release is on Steam, with a future demo focused on First Ascent, speedrunning and the daily challenge.
Help shape the game
You don’t need to be a puzzle expert or a speedrunner to help. First-time-player feedback is especially useful.
After playing, leave a comment and tell me:
- Where did you first get confused or stuck?
- Did you want to start another run—and why?
Short comments are welcome. If you encounter a bug, describe what happened and what you were doing just before it.
Build your rack. Combine relics. Beat the clock.

As someone who struggles to stay interested in games, this one really postively surprised me. I was kind of just assuming that it would be like tetris, and whilst it does have the similar block like style, the game is very different. The rules around the game and how you play it are extremely unique and keep you interested. When I would run out of time i'd immediately want to try again with a different combination or a different strategy to beat my time and continue the progress of the level. I have played hours of this game now and I am nowhere near tired or bored of it lol. I NEED to keep going and to reach endless (one of these days..).
Congratulations on the game and I hope you continue building it up. I am looking forward to it being a game on steam one day so I can play it on my steamdeck when im away for work!
